Booking, Deposit & Cancellation

These terms apply to all training booked through the School of Sensual Massage. Please read them before booking. Booking confirmation constitutes acceptance.

1. Booking and Balance

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. The remaining balance is due the day before your training begins. Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or credit / debit card.

2. Changing or Cancelling Your Training

More than 72 hours' notice

If you cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) before your first training session, you may either:

Receive 75% of your deposit refunded; or
Transfer your booking to a new start date that begins within 12 weeks of the original booking.

If the new training is not taken within this timeframe, the deposit is forfeited.

Postponements within 2–3 days of start

If you postpone 2–3 days before your training, your deposit can be transferred only if:

You provide a new start date within 7 days of postponing; AND
The new training begins within 12 weeks of the original date.

If these conditions are not met, the deposit is forfeited and a new booking will be required.

Within 24 hours / non-attendance

Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend on the day, will result in the loss of the full deposit.

Missing an individual training module

If you do not attend a scheduled module without at least 24 hours' notice, that session cannot be repeated and no refund will be given.

3. Pausing Your Training

Once your deposit or full fee has been paid, your place on the course is secured. If genuine health issues or significant personal circumstances arise (with supporting evidence), you may pause your training. All remaining sessions must then be completed within 12 months of your original start date.

4. Withdrawing After Training Has Started

If you choose to withdraw from the course after it has begun, no refunds will be issued, regardless of how many sessions you have attended.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases such as bereavement, serious injury, or significant illness, Colin will always do his best to be fair and supportive where appropriate evidence is provided.

6. Course Completion Windows

Courses must be completed within the following windows from your start date:

Foundation — 2 modules within 1 month.
Intermediate — 2 modules within 1 month.
Bundled Foundation + Intermediate — 4 modules within 2 months.
Advanced — 2 modules within 1 month.
Professional Training (Foundation, Intermediate, Advanced, Launch Pad parts 1 & 2) — 8 modules within 3 months.

7. Payment Plans

Sensual massage training should be accessible. If the desire is strong but the cash flow situation makes it difficult, instalment plans are available — payments can be spread over two months. Email Colin for details.

These terms form part of your training agreement and ensure clarity and fairness for both of us. By booking a course, you confirm you have read and accept these terms.
